Joining Kaleidoscope Learning Trust

Kaleidoscope Learning Trust (KLT) believe that we can have a greater impact when we work with others, sharing knowledge and expertise.

KLT is at an exciting time in its development as it grows and seeks to establish a small family of schools as a multi-academy trust who will share outstanding practice and values and work together to ensure that all its young people get the best possible start in life.

KLT will support its academies to focus on improvement and the best possible pupil outcomes by removing some of the unnecessary burdens placed on many schools today. We will provide exceptional back-office support, expert educational advice and support, excellent CPD opportunities for all staff and the benefits that come from working in a collaborative, supportive, like-minded family of schools. This will include.

  • Quality Assurance/School Improvement
  • Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Finance
  • Human Resources (including: Case Management, Recruitment, Payroll and Pensions)
  • Estate management (including: Health and Safety)
  • Professional Development
  • ICT and communications
  • Data management
  • Publicity and marketing
  • Governance services

At Kaleidoscope Learning Trust we believe in playing to everybody’s strengths and keeping things simple. When our headteachers and staff can focus on what they do best – teaching and supporting pupils and their families – then our young people can make exceptional progress and achieve the very best outcomes. The Trust expects that with the challenge and support of strong local governing boards, our headteachers are best placed to be successful in achieving our aims and building academies that demonstrably reflect our values.

Any school interested in taking the opportunity of joining our Trust or just finding out more about us is welcome to get in touch to discuss what we offer in more detail. We welcome visitors to meet with our staff and pupils to get a better understanding of how we do what we do to thrive as a learning community.

If you would like to explore this further, please contact Michelle Duval (CEO) at mduval@theklt.com or by telephone on 01606 537690.
